Welcome to Ousia Life. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our applications — Ousia, Enstamp, and Starflow (collectively, the "Apps") — developed and published by Ousia Life ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

1. Description of Services

• Ousia is a comprehensive life-tracking application that automatically logs your movements, activities, and vitality metrics to create a personal Life Flow timeline.
• Enstamp is a milestone tracking application that helps you record and revisit significant life events and anniversaries.
• Starflow is a modern Xuan Kong Flying Star (玄空飞星) feng shui tool that provides compass readings, nine-grid overlays, and annual directional guidance.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription Tiers: Our Apps may offer monthly, annual, and lifetime subscription options to unlock premium features.
• Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Charges are applied to your account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions).
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand.

The Energy Ring, health insights, and any vitality-related features in Ousia are based on statistical models and cultural frameworks. They are intended for informational and lifestyle reference purposes only and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Cultural Reference Tool (Starflow)

Feng shui analysis, Flying Star charts, and Bazi (八字) interpretations provided by Starflow are tools for cultural exploration and personal reference. They are rooted in traditional Chinese metaphysical traditions and do not guarantee specific material, spiritual, or financial outcomes. Use these features as one of many inputs in your decision-making process.

Automation & Location Accuracy

Automated features (such as location logging and activity detection) depend on system-level permissions and hardware capabilities. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or availability of these features under all conditions. GPS accuracy may vary based on environmental factors.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and data.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Apps.
• You agree not to use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• You are solely responsible for any content (notes, photos, diary entries) you create within the Apps.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Apps — including but not limited to UI design, algorithms, brand identity, icons, illustrations, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Ousia Life and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Apps without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ousia Life and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to devices.

Our Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ousia Life, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Apps or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Apps following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Apps or our website.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where the developer is located.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
